These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PDF Platform's website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Additional credits may be purchased through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the files and documents you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use uploaded files for any purpose other than fulfilling your processing requests.
6. API Usage
- API access is subject to rate limits as described in our API documentation.
- API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code.
- We may suspend API access if we detect abuse, excessive error rates, or violations of these Terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that document conversions will be perfectly accurate.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for purchased services. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDF Platform operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
